Eagle Creek Comfort Travel Pillows are THE BEST!Jan 04, 2009 I bought just about every travel pillow on the market and tested them to find the BEST pillow to purchase for my group of 103 passengers on a recent overseas trip and by far the Eagle Creek Comfort Travel Pillow was THE BEST. This pillow is super easy to inflate (3 good breaths is all it takes) and deflate (you can let just the right amount of air out to find your own personal comfort level). The outer surface is very soft and comfortable. When deflated, it folds into a nice built-in pocket and packs nicely in any travel bag (purse, backpack, briefcase or travel suitcase). Super convenient, super comfortable at an affordable price. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend this product and will buy it for all of my future passengers traveling on any long flights. If you're searching for THE BEST travel pillow, look no further than the Eagle Creek Comfort Travel Pillow.

Best travel pillow ever...until it develops a leakNov 17, 2008 I often travel on international long-haul flights, and my company's policy does not permit business class travel unless the flight is 9 hours or longer. That means that on many trips, I am stuck in economy, trying to make the best of things.
This travel pillow is quite good....until it develops a leak along the seam. I've tried patching it, but it still leaks. It's really too bad, because I think that the form of the pillow (wider at the ends of the "U") is the best design.
If Eagle Creek can find a way to manufacture the inflatable portion to be more durable, I would be very happy.
I'll continue to buy this pillow, even though it has a tendency to be defective, because it's still the most comfortable. However, I can tell you that there are few things more frustrating than to wake up with a deflated pillow...and your 8 hour flight has only just begun.
(Of course, I guess my alternative would be to go work for a company that allows business class on international travel!) :)

Great, but leaks!!!Nov 03, 2008 I've had two of these pillows and loved them. It's hard to find an inflatable pillow. They work great for back support on the airplane. But two of them have leaked, both at the seams. So I'd have to say BEWARE!
Comfortable and portableOct 01, 2008 As someone with chronic back/neck pain, I'm quite pleased with this product. I purchased 3 before a flight to Mexico due to the positive reviews here at Amazon. They really do only require 2-3 breaths in order to inflate! The removable/washable covers are soft and comfortable.
I have no interest in ever owning another memory foam or buckwheat neck pillow - they're simply not made for travel. If you are looking for a great neck pillow that won't take up much room in your carry-on or suitcase, this is absolutely the one to get.
Not pleased with this neck pillow!Jul 06, 2008 This pillow was very uncomfortable. I gave it away while on a long flight with a group going to Asia. I borrowed some one else's that was not an inflatable and it was much more comfortable. I thought this would be great due to the lack of space it would require when flat. Wrong move on my part. Will buy a cheaper-prefilled cushion like the one I borrowed, next trip.
